Operational Excellence Manager
Job Description
Drive performance, consistency, and reliability across Facilities Management operations. Shift operations from reactive delivery to structured, measurable, and continuously improving performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs across FM services
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
- Standardize operational procedures and workflows
- Support use of CMMS platforms for performance monitoring
- Align contractor performance with operational objectives
- Prepare performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management
- 15–20 years of experience in operations or facilities management
