Job Description
Support HR with analysis on programs, policies, and systems. Implement and ensure stability of SuccessFactors modules.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HR analyses and provide insights
- Maintain organizational structures in SAP-ERP/SuccessFactors
- Support competency mapping
- Perform impact analysis on organizational changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred
