Job Description

The Customer Success Management Specialist is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships after the sale, ensuring customers fully adopt and realize value from our client's company.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create Customer Success Plans
  • Drive early adoption and optimal usage of solutions
  • Monitor customer health and usage metrics
  • Lead regular business reviews
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized customer portfolios
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
