Customer Success Management Specialist (Remote)
Job Description
The Customer Success Management Specialist is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships after the sale, ensuring customers fully adopt and realize value from our client's company.
Responsibilities
- Co-create Customer Success Plans
- Drive early adoption and optimal usage of solutions
- Monitor customer health and usage metrics
- Lead regular business reviews
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience managing small to mid-sized customer portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
