Job Description
KEO is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team in Riyadh. This role involves leading Nationalization Initiatives globally, maintaining government guidelines knowledge, and acting as a focal point of contact for Nationals. The manager will establish relationships with HRDF and support Talent Acquisition in recruitment and induction of nationals.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Nationalization Initiatives for KEO globally
- Maintaining knowledge of Government guidelines on Nationalization
- Being the KEO Ambassador at Universities, Career Fairs and Networking channels
- Establishing a robust relationship with HRDF and investigating support programs
- Creating & maintaining reports on nationalization targets
- Visiting work sites regularly to survey work conditions
- Acting as a focal point of contact for Nationals
- Maintaining oversight of Nationalization Programs in other GCC countries
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role or within an HR function
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or similar
- Fluency in English and Arabic (Written and spoken)
- Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor laws
- Experience in implementing nationalization programs is a plus
