Developer Automation & Azure Platform
Job Description
The Developer Automation and Azure Platform is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation processes and cloud infrastructure solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. This job ensures scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and services. The role plays a crucial part in optimising cloud operations, deploying automated processes, and driving continuous improvement within the Azure environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated workflows, scripts, and tools
- Leverage automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM/Bicep templates
- Implement Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Automate routine tasks to reduce manual interventions
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions on the Azure platform
- Manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and databases
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Architecture teams
- Ensure effective logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Provide operational support for cloud-based applications and services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Certifications in relevant automation tools or DevOps methodologies
