Store Keeper
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Storekeeper with strong knowledge of IT-based inventory management systems and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient storage, issuance, and control of materials in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using IT-based systems
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock
- Issue materials as per approved requests
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and warehouse procedures
- Prepare inventory reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role
- Certification or training in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage
