Job Description
To drive growth by working closely with a wide set of functions including Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and logistics. You will support the development and execution of growth plans across key user moments.
Responsibilities
- Support growth plans for key user moments
- Identify high-impact opportunities through market research
- Launch targeted marketing initiatives for engagement and retention
- Manage performance meeting cadences
- Run A/B tests to validate growth tactics
- Analyze key growth metrics such as Frequency and LTV
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a relevant field
- 4-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or User Lifecycle Management
