Job Description

The Assistant Manager – B2B Development supports the operational execution of third-party partner management. This role focuses on coordination, data management, reporting, and partner support to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the B2B Development function.

Responsibilities

  • Support partner identification, onboarding, and administrative processes.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, and profiles within CRM systems.
  • Coordinate partner training logistics, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Track partner activity, leads, and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare recurring reports on partner engagement and performance.
  • Support partner communications and updates.
  • Assist with incentive tracking, commission coordination, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with approved partner governance and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
