Residential Business Development Assistant Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Manager – B2B Development supports the operational execution of third-party partner management. This role focuses on coordination, data management, reporting, and partner support to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the B2B Development function.
Responsibilities
- Support partner identification, onboarding, and administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, and profiles within CRM systems.
- Coordinate partner training logistics, materials, and follow-ups.
- Track partner activity, leads, and pipeline updates.
- Prepare recurring reports on partner engagement and performance.
- Support partner communications and updates.
- Assist with incentive tracking, commission coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved partner governance and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales support, partnerships, or business development operations.
