At Topsort, we believe in the mission of democratizing the secret technologies of the walled gardens and creating a privacy-first cookie-free world. The BDR role is a founder-style position focused on rapid pipeline creation for a technical, category-defining product. You will operate as the top funnel, blending commercial strategy with precise execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build a high-quality outbound pipeline through multi-channel outreach.
  • Research target companies and industries to understand business models.
  • Own first-touch conversations and qualify meetings.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize messaging and sequences.
  • Manage leads and interactions in HubSpot.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or a similar commercial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience with digital prospecting at scale (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, sequences).
  • High-energy, creative, and persuasive communicator.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
